TEACHING

As a chronically ill, disabled, and first generation-American college graduate, I am deeply passionate about creating curriculum and classrooms accessible to all students. I recognize that all students arrive at a classroom with rich, diverse backgrounds and experiences, all of which influence the way that they learn, as well as what interests them. My pedagogy draws from the insights of disabled, BIPOC, and queer educators and writers, creating a pedagogy that emphasizes intersectionality and inclusivity, and welcomes diverse bodyminds.
